Return Policy
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All garments are subject to inspection upon arrival.
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with hangtags attached.
Face Masks, Underwear and headbands and gift cards are final sale.
Must provide proof of payment with returned items.
Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.
How to complete a return
1. Login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
Shipping flat rate: $10.00. Exceptions apply. Kleen Fabrics will pay return shipping on any defective or incorrect item.
2. Package the item(s) you wish to return with the printed return form. Print the shipping label provided and affix to the box. Drop it off at your nearest shipping depot within 7 days.
3. Kleen Fabrics will process your return within 5 business days of receipt of the package. Payment refunds can take up to 10 days to reach your bank.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
